Your appointment consists of 4 parts to gather data so we can compare your golf swing and body to professional golfers. We’ll then create a plan to get you improving as fast as possible.

TPI-Movement Screen

1

Using the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Movement Screen. We dive into 16 tests of how your body is moving. We’ll also do a full chiropractic exam to get to the root cause if we find any movement dysfunction. This gives us information on WHY you swing the golf club the way you do and if you have any limitations affecting your game.

Power Assessment

2

Understanding if your strength and force production are adequate for your swing speed goals is essential. We will test your lower body, core, upper body, and grip strength to make sure your engine is big enough to control the club or to see if it is limiting you.

Getting your power optimized helps with speed and club face control.

Swing Analysis

3

Dr. Cole finds this section the most helpful for his golfing clients. Using Smart2Move 3D Dual Force Plates, we will get all the information on how you use ground forces in your golf swing. This gives us valuable information about your kinetic sequence and timing in your swing. Combining this with slow-motion video captures and swing speed data, we can pinpoint exactly where your golf swing needs improvement to be more efficient.
