Are you tired of playing inconsistent golf? Do you feel pain or tightness after the round?
That's what I do at Dr. Cole Baldigara Golf Performance & Rehab in Victoria, BC. I'm a chiropractor and a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Medical Level 2 Certified golf instructor. I've built my whole practice around helping people move better and enjoy this great game more.
I received my Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon. I have studied in the Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) framework, which gives me a tremendous understanding of how to create force and stability to optimize your movement. I am not a traditional golf professional, but someone who understands how athletes move and develop force in the golf swing. I apply these principles to help you move more efficiently to lower your scores and hit the ball more consistently.
A Few Fun Facts About Me:
My lowest round of golf is 66 (-6). But it’s been a while.
I’m a coffee obsessive, always on the hunt for the next great local roaster and new beans to try.
I have a goal to do the splits. Progress updates are not being accepted or discussed at this time.
