Golf Club Head Speed Training in Victoria

Distance is the easiest way to lower your scores

Real speed comes from sequence. Your feet load the ground, that force travels through your hips, your torso, your arms, and finally into the club. When that chain fires in the right order, club head speed adds up fast.

Dr. Cole Baldigara uses Smart2Move 3D dual force plates to measure your ground reaction force during the swing. The data shows exactly where your sequence is breaking down and where your speed is getting lost. Combined with a TPI Certified physical screen, we know whether your body has the mobility and stability to actually support a faster swing, or whether we need to address that first.

Most golfers who go through a proper speed training block here add 5-20 yards off the tee. Book a new student assessment and let’s see what your numbers look like.
